BUTTER BRICKLE BREAD
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
GREASE AND FLOUR 2 LOAF PANS.
1 BOX BETTY CROCKER BUTTER PECAN CAKE
MIX 1 LRG BOX VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING
4 EGGS
1/4 CUP OIL
1 CUP BOILING WATER
1/2 PKG HEATH BAR BITS
IN A LARGE BOWL, STIR CAKE MIX AND PUDDING MIX.
IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT EGGS AND OIL. ADD OIL
TO DRY
MIX, STIR WELL. ADD BOILING WATER AND
BEAT WITH MIXER FOR 3 MINS. FOLD
IN HEATH CHIPS.
POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED LOAF PANS. BAKE
FOR 1 HOUR.
REMOVE FROM PANS IMMEDIATELY,
COOL BEFORE SLICING.
