Poppin' Fresh® Double Decker Cookies
Make these delightful cookies in your choice of sizes -- bite-sized or huge!

1 (18-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury® Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookies
1 (18-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 (16-oz.) can chocolate fudge frosting
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Preparation Directions: 
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cut peanut butter cookie dough into 36 equal pieces; roll each into a ball. Place dough balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With fork dipped in sugar, flatten each ball slightly in crisscross pattern.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 8 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Repeat with chocolate chip cookie dough.
3. In small bowl, combine frosting and peanut butter; blend well. Spread about 1 tablespoon frosting mixture on bottom of each peanut butter cookie. Top each with chocolate chip cookie, bottom side down; press gently. Store in refrigerator.
 MINI-DOUBLE DECKER COOKIES: Cut each package of cookie dough into 54 pieces. Prepare as directed above. Bake at 350°F. for 8 to 11 minutes. Continue as directed above, using about 1 teaspoon frosting mixture for each sandwich cookie. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen sandwich cookies

I had a good weekend, the anniversary get-a-way was very nice. So happened there was a

wedding going to happen in the lobby in front of the lodge's huge fireplace. So we found a corner

but within view and sat and watched the happy occasion and listened to the wedding vows again.

Those kids were so happy and the whole wedding crowd was having fun. Nice they picked

that date - made our anniversary extra special. I want to thank all of

you who sent anniversary wishes and e-cards. That was nice!!! Well,

I hope you all had a great weekend. Here it is - turkey week.
