I hope you all had a good weekend and a safe and happy Halloween. A lot of my friends

have posted pictures of their costumes on FaceBook. What a lot of fun. It seems I observed a lot

of the old fun things that were enjoyed like bobbing for apples and such. Now our thoughts are

turned towards the Thanksgiving season and Christmas right behind. Just can't believe this

year is winding down very quickly. I hope you have a good day, please do join me again

tomorrow and thank you all for the wonderful email notes and entries in my guest book. I read

and appreciate each one. Be safe today and always be aware of everything and everyone

around you .... take care, I will be back tomorrow. Here's my dose.

November is the 11th month of the year.

    some neat pathways .. enjoy

You are listening to Andy Gibb - Dream

What saves a man is to take a step.  Then another step.
It is always the same step, but you have to take it.
     ~Antoine de Saint-Exupéry,

I used to believe that anything was better than nothing.
Now I know that sometimes nothing is better.
     ~Glenda Jackson

Sandwich every bit of criticism between two thick layers of praise.
    ~Mary Kay Ash

Never make your home in a place.  Make a home for yourself inside
your own head.  You'll find what you need to furnish it - memory,
friends you can trust, love of learning, and other such things.
That way it will go with you wherever you journey.
    ~Tad Williams

This month I would like to share
    some neat Thanksgiving

cakes I found on the Internet.

    Now enjoy Daily Doll(s).
     I think they are cute

1 pkg. Betty Crocker super moist German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Milk chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Prepare
Cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into pan. Mix remaining
Ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto batter. Cut through batter
With knife or metal spatula several times for marble effect. Sprinkle
With additional chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired. Bake
Until cake springs back when touched lightly, 25 to 30 minutes.

You may say to yourself, "My power and the strength
of my hands have produced this wealth for me." But remember the
LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth.
    Deuteronomy 8:17-18a
