1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mix, Cheddar cheese, and sausage. Roll mixture into walnut-size balls and arrange on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 to 15 minutes, or until completely cooked and browned.Place on paper towels to drain and cool. 

Great for any party or appetizers for Christmas.

Refrigerate for a few days if any are left over.
Original recipe yield: 12 servings.
